White chocolate truffle dream
Over the weekend, I made these lovely truffles.
My new flavour: white chocolate ganache with lemon extract, ginger and a bit of Cointreau came out delicious. All coated in bitter cocoa powder.

Mmm ... I adore white chocolate truffles. They must have been delicious, especially with that little bit of ginger!
